We are a leading technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Consultant to support our clients in implementing and optimizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. This remote role requires expertise in revenue management, billing processes, and subscription-based revenue models within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Revenue Consultant, you will guide clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and related tools. Your focus will be on supporting revenue processes, including billing, subscription management, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and compliance with revenue recognition standards. The role requires a mix of strategic consulting, technical expertise, and knowledge of financial best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations and optimizations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and financial standards.
  • Configure Salesforce Billing, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) , and Subscription Management to support various revenue models, including recurring revenue, one-time purchases, and usage-based billing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design solutions for end-to-end revenue processes, including order-to-cash , contract management , and revenue recognition .
  • Provide strategic guidance on revenue recognition practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards, such as ASC 606.
  • Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with ERP and other financial systems to streamline data flow and reporting.
  • Develop custom workflows, automation, and reports in Salesforce to enhance revenue operations and support decision-making.
  • Conduct user training, create documentation, and offer post-implementation support to ensure client teams are proficient in using Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates, Revenue Cloud features, and industry best practices to continuously improve client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Billing, and CPQ ; Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud or CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and familiarity with standards such as ASC 606 .
  • Experience with order-to-cash , subscription management , and usage-based billing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP integration and financial reporting systems is a plus.
