Hybrid (requiring 2 in-office days at local office per week)

Job Overview: The Release Train Engineer is a servant leader and coach for the Program, facilitating and guiding the work of all ART’s and Suppliers in the Value Stream.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing for Large Program PI Planning
  • Update the Program vision and roadmap
  • Facilitate Program backlog preparation.
  • Help discover external dependencies
  • Prepare and communicate Program PI Planning agenda.
  • Ensure proper participation in PI planning
  • Help the Program assess its capacity
  • Conducting the Large Program PI Planning
  • Facilitate the Program Planning
  • Ensure visibility and effective interaction across ART’s
  • Connect ARTs with the right stakeholders, as needed
  • Summarize PI Planning objectives across the Program
  • Coordinating Large Program Delivery
  • Facilitate synchronization across the Program
  • Ensure frequent Program integration
  • Facilitate Program demo
  • Establish release coordination activities
  • Measuring and Improving
  • Establish Program Flow measures
  • Ensure the Program measures outcomes
  • Facilitate Program level I&A
