Role: Release Train Engineer
Hybrid (requiring 2 in-office days at local office per week)

Job Overview: The Release Train Engineer is a servant leader and coach for the Program, facilitating and guiding the work of all ART’s and Suppliers in the Value Stream.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing for Large Program PI Planning
- Update the Program vision and roadmap
- Facilitate Program backlog preparation.
- Help discover external dependencies
- Prepare and communicate Program PI Planning agenda.
- Ensure proper participation in PI planning
- Help the Program assess its capacity
- Conducting the Large Program PI Planning
- Facilitate the Program Planning
- Ensure visibility and effective interaction across ART’s
- Connect ARTs with the right stakeholders, as needed
- Summarize PI Planning objectives across the Program
- Coordinating Large Program Delivery
- Facilitate synchronization across the Program
- Ensure frequent Program integration
- Facilitate Program demo
- Establish release coordination activities
- Measuring and Improving
- Establish Program Flow measures
- Ensure the Program measures outcomes
- Facilitate Program level I&A
