Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem and the ability to work both remotely and onsite, collaborating closely with our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Power BI for actionable insights.
· Build and optimize applications in Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
· Automate workflows and processes across the organization using Power Automate.
· Design and deploy chatbots and virtual agents with Power Virtual Agents to enhance user support and engagement.
· Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
· Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and maximize the value of Power Platform solutions.
· Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
· Proficiency in data modelling, SQL, and DAX for creating advanced Power BI reports.
· Experience building custom apps with Power Apps and creating workflow automations using Power Automate.
· Strong understanding of Office 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integrations with Power Platform.
· Familiarity with data connectors, Common Data Service (CDS), and Power Platform governance and security practices.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
· Ability to work onsite in New Jersey part-time as part of a hybrid work schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200) are a plus.
· Experience in Azure services, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is an advantage.
· Background in managing Power Platform environments and implementing ALM best practices.
