Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote (Must be ready to work in PST time zone)

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects, particularly utilizing Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation. The role requires availability in the PST time zone to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. A PMP certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, tracking progress, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives while managing scope, budget, and timelines.
- Facilitate meetings, provide project status updates, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Utilize project management best practices to drive efficiency, accountability, and success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of project management experience in IT, operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being highly responsive in PST hours.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
