Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a crucial role in bridging our clients’ business needs with technical capabilities. This role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, map processes, and drive solutions within the client’s Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive leader, and strong communicator who can facilitate discussions, identify business challenges, and translate them into structured, actionable documentation that are easy for others to understand and use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Engage with diverse business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business needs, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Salesforce Analysis & Optimization: Assess what is possible within Salesforce, leveraging out-of-the-box features to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Process Mapping & Journey Flows: Develop process maps, workflows, and journey flows to visually document business processes and their interactions within the system.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Utilize SQL or SOQL to generate reports, analyze field usage, and provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are well-documented, clear, and actionable.
  • Problem-Solving & Solutioning: Understand and articulate business problems, and drive discussions and document.
  • Leadership & Proactive Approach: Lead discussions and escalate issues or roadblocks to ensure success.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a must.
  • Strong expertise in eliciting business requirements, documentation, and process mapping.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, with a good understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and out-of-the-box features.
  • Ability to write SQL or SOQL queries to pull reports and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading discussions with diverse business units.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative, escalate when necessary, and drive projects forward.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
