Role: PeopleSoft HCM Developer – Classic to Fluid Retrofitting
Duration: 6+ months (Estimated start in the third week of March)
Location: Remote
Overview: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to assist in retrofitting PeopleSoft HCM Classic pages (HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor) into Fluid pages. Currently, we are in the process of identifying customizations, and once completed, your role will involve applying these customizations to the Fluid version.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and retrofit PeopleSoft Classic pages to Fluid UI.
- Apply identified customizations to the Fluid pages while ensuring seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate and test the updates.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and PeopleSoft standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM (HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor).
- Hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft Fluid UI development.
- Experience working with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.
- Ability to analyze and apply customizations
