Role: Software Development Product Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite 5 day/week)
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $80 to $90
Must Have:
- 5+ years of Software Product Development Project Management experience.
- PMP certification.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
- Experience leading end-to-end software product delivery and production support.
- Strong experience working directly with software engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid chart, and Microsoft Project or Monday.com.
- Experience with ticketing/incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar).
- Ability to take ownership immediately with minimal ramp-up.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
Preferred:
- Startup or high-growth product company experience.
- Manufacturing, ERP, or MES software experience.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
- Experience leading application modernization initiatives.
Role Notes:
- 3-month sabbatical coverage assignment.
- Weekly project status reporting and metrics will be presented to the CIO/CISO.
- Candidate will lead both legacy product development projects and modernization initiatives.
