Role: SFMC Functional Consultant

Pay Rate: $65-$80
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Agile frameworks, able to lead Agile ceremonies, coach teams, manage stakeholders, and help drive the success of Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
- Serve as the main liaison between Agile teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor, track, and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to drive project transparency and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and best practices.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, communication, and reporting.
- Experience tracking and interpreting Agile metrics to improve team performance.
