Role: Senior Data Scientist
Location: San Ramon, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Rate: $100 to $105
Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to build core intelligence systems powering our talent platform — from matching candidates to opportunities, to recommending outreach targets, to mining data for actionable insights. You’ll also contribute to enterprise-scale GenAI multi-agent initiatives.
Must Have: Python, AWS, GenAI (LLMs & Agentic Architectures), Data Wrangling, Unstructured Data Processing, Recommendation/Matching Engine Development.
What You’ll Work On:
- Core matching engine connecting candidates with job opportunities
- Recommendation engine to surface high-value clients for outreach
- Enterprise-grade GenAI multi-agent systems
- Insights engine mining structured and unstructured data for actionable findings
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python and AWS
- Strong grounding in modern data wrangling techniques
- Deep, current knowledge of GenAI (LLMs, agentic architectures, latest tooling)
- Proven experience working with unstructured data
- STEM Master’s or Ph.D.
- Excellent communication skills — able to engage effectively upward, across, and downward
- Strong collaborator who is also an independent self-starter
- Coachable, with a growth mindset and openness to critical feedback
