Role: Project Manager/Senior Scrum Lead
Remote (PST Time Zone availability required)
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $65 to $70
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Senior Scrum Lead with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on Project Management. The candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, manage backlogs, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to prioritize and manage backlogs.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Mentor teams to adopt Agile practices and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Lead/Project Manager in an Agile environment.
- Proven expertise in backlog management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience in a remote team setting.
- Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps.
