Overview: We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support a Senior Project Manager on a large-scale Talent Management Systems implementation. This role will focus on day-to-day project coordination, tracking, and documentation, enabling the Senior PM to focus on strategic program leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Planview, Smartsheet, or similar, and the ability to manage schedules, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Project Manager on large, complex project initiatives
  • Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track budget adherence and project progress metrics
  • Create and maintain project documentation aligned with EPMO standards
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Follow up with stakeholders and track action items and dependencies
  • Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation planning
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project updates
  • Support test, deployment, and execution tracking activities
  • Act as a backup to the Senior Project Manager when required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management
  • Hands-on experience with PPM tools such as:
    • Planview
    • Smartsheet
    • MS Project / Clarity / Jira (or similar)
  • Strong experience in:
    • Schedule tracking & reporting
    • Stakeholder follow-ups & coordination
    • Project documentation & status reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and dependencies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional / matrix environments
