Role: Agile Program Manager/Senior Scrum Master – SoS & Reporting Focus

Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Agile Program Manager / Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Kanban principles, and Agile scaling frameworks. The role requires a keen eye for reporting and executive summaries, the ability to break down and interpret data, and the leadership to drive cross-team collaboration across complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Reporting & Visualization
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track team and program progress.
- Develop executive summaries using key performance data and trends.
- Crunch numbers to derive insights and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
- Data Integration & Analysis
- Integrate data from multiple sources (Jira, Azure DevOps, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Automate and streamline data collection and transformation.
- Break down complex data into understandable formats for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Scrum of Scrums (SoS) Facilitation
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration through SoS practices.
- Identify and escalate impediments that span multiple teams.
- Track and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Kanban & Agile Scaling
- Apply Kanban principles for workflow management and continuous improvement.
- Support scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) with tools, reporting, and communication models.
- Facilitate alignment across multiple Agile teams working toward shared goals.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Scrum of Scrums, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Agile metrics, reporting tools (Jira, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Ability to translate data into executive-level summaries and visualizations.
- Familiarity with Agile scaling techniques and coordinating multi-team environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down and simplify complex data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAFe or similar Agile-at-scale frameworks.
- Knowledge of data transformation tools (Power Query, SQL, etc.).
- Background in business analysis or project coordination.
