Role: PeopleSoft SCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Bay Area, CA – Hybrid (On-site and Remote)
Work Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Pay Rate: $80 to $85
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team for a hybrid role based in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and possess both technical and functional expertise to support and enhance our PeopleSoft applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a techno-functional expert for PeopleSoft SCM modules, including but not limited to Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, eProcurement, Supplier Contracts,
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide functional and technical solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and perform hands-on development, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
- Support day-to-day operations, issue resolution, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Participate in data migration, testing (unit, system, UAT), and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience with PeopleSoft SCM modules in a techno-functional role.
- Experience in Coupa is a must
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, tables, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on development experience in PeopleCode, App Designer, SQR, SQL, XML Publisher, and Application Engine.
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x and PeopleTools 8.5x.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Prior experience working in hybrid or onsite/offshore models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and/or PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
- Exposure to cloud integrations or third-party procurement/supply chain platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience with Bay Area clients or public sector organizations preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be local to the Bay Area and open to a hybrid work arrangement (on-site presence required as per project needs).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (C2H or FTE options available).
