Role: Oracle Cloud Talent Management Consultant
Location: Remote (PST hours preferred)
Duration: 9–12 Months
Pay Rate: $80-$90
Overview: Seeking a hands-on functional consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Learning modules to support an implementation project. The client is transitioning from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Goal Management, Performance, Career Development, and Learning Cloud
- Lead design, testing, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with business/IT teams through SIT and UAT
- Provide guidance on best practices
Requirements:
- 7+ years Oracle Cloud Talent/Learning experience
- At least 3-4 full-cycle implementations
- Experience with PeopleSoft transition preferred
- Strong communication and ability to work PST hours
