Role: Network Engineer — Layer 3/SDWAN
Location: Remote (EST)
Duration: 9 Weeks (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $90 to $100
Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Layer 3 Network Engineer to support staging and configuration activities during a high-volume period of network buildouts and acquisitions. This is a fully remote, commercial contract engagement requiring EST availability.
Nexus Acquisition (~40 Sites)
- Network buildout across approximately 40 sites.
- Staging, configuration, and validation of network infrastructure.
Router-Only Site Configuration — Troubadour Warehouse
- Configuration and staging of router-only deployments.
- Coordination with English-speaking Troubadour-side resources.
Required Skills:
Cloud Controllers (Both Required)
- Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN — cloud controller staging and configuration
- Juniper Mist — cloud controller staging and configuration
Networking
- Layer 3 networking — routing protocols, IP addressing, network segmentation
- Hands-on experience with network staging and configuration at scale
Communication
- Strong English communication skills required for coordination with Troubadour-side resources
