Role: Desktop Support Consultant – Windows 11 Deployment
Location: Onsite in Santa Clara, CA (5 days a week)
Duration: 2-3 months
Overview: We are seeking a Desktop Support Consultant to assist with deploying Windows 11 images to 300 new Dell computers using Microsoft Intune. The consultant will support the client’s asset refresh and onboarding process, ensuring smooth device enrollment and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy Windows 11 images to new Dell computers via Microsoft Intune.
- Manage device enrollment, including troubleshooting devices not automatically picked up by Intune.
- Provide onboarding support for end-users receiving refreshed devices.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to the deployment process.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a seamless transition and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune for device deployment and management.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and asset refresh projects.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to device enrollment, imaging, and configuration.
- Familiarity with Dell hardware and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide user support during onboarding.
