Role: Entry-Level IT Technician – PC Refresh Project

Job Description: We are looking for two entry-level IT Technicians to support a PC Refresh Project for a Healthcare Agency in Oakland, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in IT hardware, software installations, and troubleshooting. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory, but a passion for technology and willingness to learn is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with PC refresh and deployment, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Install and update operating systems, software, and drivers.
- Perform hardware replacements and upgrades as needed.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for end-users.
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets.
- Work collaboratively with senior technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment when needed.
