Role: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Pay Rate: $60 to $65
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms and expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting a high-paced Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration project, ensuring all features, functionality, and data are successfully transitioned. This is a data-intensive project that requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Migration Support:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
- Lead the transition of all features, functionality, and integrations to the Lightning platform.
- Develop and execute detailed migration strategies, ensuring business continuity.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Perform data analysis using tools like SQL/SOQL to support migration and data quality initiatives.
- Partner with technical teams to design and implement robust data validation and transformation processes.
- Business Analysis & Documentation:
- Write clear and detailed user stories, including acceptance criteria, to guide development and QA teams.
- Build comprehensive process flow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio.
- Ensure proper documentation of existing and new business processes to align with Salesforce best practices.
- Collaboration in Agile Environment:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA, to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
- Leverage Agile and SAFe best practices, participate in sprint planning, and adapt to changing project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with significant expertise in Salesforce.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Classic and Lightning platforms, including Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and writing detailed user stories.
- Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, data-driven projects.
