Role: Enterprise Technology Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Rate: $75 to $80
Overview: The Client is looking for a senior SAP PM/EAM consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting complex solutions in the SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management modules. The resource must have strong expertise with SAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7 or higher), including configuration of key master data (Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, Measurement Points). The role involves deep functional analysis, end-to-end and regression testing (including integrations), clear documentation, and close collaboration with technical teams (ABAP developers). The consultant will also manage incidents/enhancements using tools like ServiceNow or JIRA, and must be able to lead requirement sessions, create process flows, and debug custom code independently.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years SAP PM/EAM configuration & solution design
- SAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7+)
- Strong knowledge of Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, Measurement Points
- Hands-on functional + technical testing; extensive E2E & regression testing
- Experience with external system integrations
- ServiceNow/JIRA experience
- Leading requirement/blueprint sessions
- Translating business requirements into detailed specs
- Working closely with ABAP teams; defining functional specs
- Creating process flows; debugging custom code
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electric utility SAP PM/EAM experience
- SAP S/4HANA exposure
- Knowledge of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Maintenance Planning/Scheduling, Asset Lifecycle, integrations with HR, FI/CO, MM/WM
- GIS, OMS, FSM integration experience
- Experience with complex enterprise integrations
- Field maintenance and industry best-practice knowledge
- SAP BI/BW, reporting tools
- RFP experience (requirement definition, evaluation, negotiation)
- Experience with Asset Management/Asset Analytics solutions
